Ottawa Marathon 2023 Course Features
● Kilometer marks throughout the entire course
● Nuun/water stations every 3Km (Nuun served on the first table only)
● Xact stations are placed at 11.5K, 27K, and 38K to serve nutritious drinks and foods. Nutrition is accompanied by a blend of orange, apricot, and strawberry flavors.
● Misting and cooling stations provided on-course
● Portable toilets every 3km (on all water stations)
● Entertainment and cheering stations
● Medical support
The Ottawa Marathon 2023 allows runners to use headphones but they don't recommend it for safety reasons.
Refund/Transfer
The Tartan Ottawa Marathon 2023 has a strict no-refund policy. You can’t also transfer your entry ticket to another runner. However, the transfer to another race is possible if you pay a nominal fee and the difference if you are transferring to an expensive race distance.
Ottawa Marathon 2023 Cut-Off Time
The cut-off time is 7 hours starting from the time the last runner after the last runner crosses the start line. The road will reopen systematically and runners not yet done with the race will be urged to stop or continue from the pavements at their own risk and safety.
No finishers medals and awards if you finish the race after the cut-off time.
Prize Money
The Ottawa Marathon 2023 Prize money is yet to be announced. Current figures are from the Ottawa Marathon 2022.
